When the Church neglects to teach and preach some aspect of doctrine, it becomes overemphasized by members on the fringe and becomes in itself a heresy. Hence the importance of preaching the whole counsel God's Word in its truth and purity at all times and in all places. (My words, but recapping the thought of Pr. Wolfmueller at 13:50)
